(THIS IS STILL A WIP)In the lands of Dalmasca bore a one of a kind Rava tribe, empowered with blood of nocturnal Viera that dominated the witching hour men feared. Its matriarch would raise a son, Leika Neveen, praised akin to a prince of the domain among the many of her children. Separating this kit apart their kindred had been their gift of unusually copious aether, though not without its share of the sickness.But such a strong strand kept them tied to the woods, devoted and attuned to its beating life, drumming with their own. From there it could only thicken their blood, harden their heart, shape them to a powerful and most feared representation of the Neveen. At times it felt the woods would speak within their very head, reach in to their very core and urge a curiosity. A curiosity it would become to lead towards aetherial heights, for what possibilities could be born.The density of their own aether was enough to equally divide for the creation of a second vessel, a perfect copy of themself to whom they would name "Lecio" - a proclaimed identical twin brother to the foolish and none the wiser. Through this unthinkable creation, Leika had realized it inhibited the accursed aether sickness.

Much of their life was spent in Dalmasca before travelling to Eorzea, previously devoted to their tribe and the dangerous woods. Those from the same land or a hunter may recognize them, however only likely if they were a night owl.

It is not unlike them to be constantly on the watch, far more observant than another even in civil spaces. Perhaps you have stood in their line of sight and managed to catch their watchful gaze upon you.
